October 2, Fineko/abc.az. As of 1 October the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) paid AZN 538.35 million to 22,831 depositors of AG Bank, Amrah Bank, NBC Bank and Ata Bank.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the ADIF that in the period from 16 June to 1 October 2020 the International Bank of Azerbaijan paid more than AZN 193 million in compensation to depositors of AG Bank and NBC Bank which are in the process of liquidation.

AZN 79.1 million of compensation was paid to 4130 depositors of AG Bank and over AZN 113.9 million to 3,942 depositors of NBC Bank.

From 1 June to 1 October Kapital Bank paid more than AZN 345.34 million to depositors of Amrah Bank and Ata Bank.

The compensations paid to 5,575 depositors of Amrah Bank for the reporting period amounted to AZN 132.5 million and to 9,184 depositors of Ata Bank AZN 212.8 million.
