February 9, Fineko/abc.az. AGBank has made a decision to issue ordinary shares for totally AZN 7 million with the purpose to strengthen the equity capital position of the Bank.

In this regard, the Bank applied to the Financial Market Supervision Chamber with a request for state registration of the issue of ordinary registered non-documentary shares placed by public offering in the amount of 3.5 million shares with par value of AZN 2.

At the extraordinary general meeting of the Bank’s shareholders held on 4 March 2016 AGBank’s equity capital was increased by AZN 77.2 million and brought up to AZN 102.2 million.

After the new issue of shares the Bank's equity capital will be increased up to AZN 109.2 million. By the end of 2018 AGBank's equity capital will be increased up to AZN 125 million.
