AmCham has given recommendations to Central Bank – A new document

June 11, Fineko/abc.az. We recommend the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) to extend the validity of the long-term deposit insurance strategy or prepare a new one.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the White Paper package of proposals prepared by the American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan (AmCham).

Thus, it was noted that short-term discussions bring uncertainty to consumer behavior and only short-term funds to banks.

"As a result, investing in long-term projects becomes difficult for banks. Customers must have confidence and a clear vision of the future in order to place a deposit with the bank," the document says.
