July 30, Fineko/abc.az. In accordance with the approved work plan of the State Financial Control Service of the Ministry of Finance for 2021, the central office of the Service checked the expenditure of finances allocated from the State Budget to 12 budget organizations in the 1st half of this year.

ABC.AZ reports that during the inspection, the guilty persons recovered 173,200 manats of excessive and unjustified payments in the amount of 693,500 manats, identified as a result of the control measures carried out.

In one case the expenditure of projected finances in excess of the required ones for 2021-22 in the amount of 322,500 manats was prevented.

Over the reporting period Service’s employees, based on letters and decisions of the prosecutor's office and law enforcement agencies, ensured the recovery of 1.3 million manats of excessive and unjustified payments in the amount of 24.625 million detected by inspections in 23 institutions on the accounts of culprits.
