Oil gets cheaper, and Brent is at $75.45 a barrel

September 17, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of standard grades are declining in Friday’s trading.

By 10:30 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the November’s Brent crude futures fell by $0.22 (0.29%) to $75.45 per barrel. Following the trading on 16 September, the price of Brent oil futures for November increased by $0.21 (0.28%) up to $75.67 per barrel.

By 10:30 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the price of October’s WTI oil futures fell by $0.26 (0.36%) to $72.35 per barrel. Following the trading on 16 September, the price for October’s WTI oil futures did not change and amounted to $72.61 per barrel.

Since the beginning of this week Brent crude has risen by 3.77% and WTI by 4.15%.

According to experts, the price of Brent oil at the end of 2021 will be around $75 per barrel, and then it will drop to $70 per barrel in 2022.
