Banks' loan portfolio grew by 9.8%

October 22, Fineko/abc.az. The growth trend of the loan portfolio continued in September. The loan portfolio of banks in Azerbaijan for the reporting month increased by 2.2% (AZN 331.9 million) up to AZN 15.538 bn.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank that in general, since the beginning of the year the loan portfolio of banks has increased by 9.8%.

The deposit portfolio dominates in the structure of liabilities (79.8% of the total liabilities). The deposit portfolio of banks in September grew by 4% (AZN 900.3 million) (a rise of 14.1% since the beginning of the year).
