Analytical agency TurStat has made a rating of the CIS cities for traveling of Russian tourists this spring.

Minsk, Astana, Baku, Yerevan, Almaty, Tashkent, Kishinev, Bishkek, Dushanbe and Ashgabat are among the Top 10 of CIS cities for spring traveling. The rating is based on the analysis of the popularity of tourist trips in spring of this year.

According to Turstat, Russian tourists most often choose weekend tours.

In the spring they come to Baku for an average of 3.5 days and spend $95 a day on accommodation and meals.

Chisinau and Tashkent are the leaders on low cost tours, while Astana and Baku for luxe rest.
