November 24, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has published a report on the banking sector as of 1 November 2021. ABC.AZ informs that over the reporting period the liabilities of the banking sector increased by 15.1% up to AZN 30.028 bn, including the deposit portfolio by 23.8% up to AZN 24.026 bn. Of them, AZN 8.713 bn accounted for retail deposits and AZN 15.312 bn for deposits of legal entities. For the past part of 2021 population’s finances at country’s banks increased by 12.3% and companies’ funds by 31.5%.
