E-commerce has tripled - comparative report for last year

May 24, Fineko/abc.az. The volume of payments in e-commerce by bank cards has increased slightly in Azerbaijan.

Thus, according to CBA’s report, e-commerce has grown almost 3-fold against the previous year.

According to the report, over Jan-Apr 2022, the volume of bank cards totaled AZN 4.448 bn (2.8-fold more against Jan-Apr 2021 (AZN 1.6 bn).

In 2020, this figure was only AZN 1.15 million.
