Auction for placement of Unibank shares to take place

August 2, Fineko/abc.az. On 21 July 2022, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange, the shares of Unibank Commercial Bank” with total value of AZN 11.9 million were included in the listing in the standard market segment.

ABC.AZ reports that on 4 August 2022 the placement of Bank’s shares will be carried out on the Baku Stock Exchange.

Speech is about 4.375 million ordinary, registered, undocumented shares with nominal value of 2.72 manats each.

The placement underwriter is Unicapital Investment Company.
