Semi-annual turnover of Baku Stock Exchange unveiled

August 8, Fineko/abc.az. The total value of transactions on all financial instruments of Baku Stock Exchange for Jan-Jun of this year amounted to AZN 8.2 bn (13.1% less against Jan-Jun 2021), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE.

For the past half-year the number of concluded transactions decreased by 21% to 5,094. 55.3% of the BSE turnover, or AZN 4.548 bn accounted for government securities (17.7% less versus Jan-Jun 2021).

The value of transactions on the corporate securities market increased almost 2.7-fold up to AZN 576.559 million. There was a decrease of almost 16.7% in REPO operations – AZN 3.105 bn.
