August 16, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Property Issues has announced an investment competition for the privatization of the state-owned stake in Ganja Carpet Plant LLC.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the agency that 129,565 shares with a total nominal value of 12,956,500 manats have been put up for sale at the investment competition for the privatization of the state stake in Ganja Carpet Plant LLC.

The authorized capital of the company is 14,260,000 manats, the liabilities are 447,543 manats, and accounts receivable make up 152,866 manats.
To participate in the investment competition for the privatization of this enterprise, applicants must submit an investment program for a total amount of at least 15 million manats, submit proposals for creating new jobs, introducing modern equipment and technologies, expanding the range of products.

The winner of the competition must transfer funds to the state budget for the purchase of shares of the joint-stock company in the amount of at least 7 million manats.
Applications and proposals of applicants are accepted on working days until September 15, 2022 from 10:00 to 17:30 at the State Service on Property Issues (50, Safarov St., Baku).
