Number of employees in oil and gas sector announced

August 17, Fineko/abc.az. A total of 30,700 people worked in Azerbaijan's oil and gas sector, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

It is noted that in January-June 2022, wages in the oil and gas sector amounted to 3,535.3 manats.
The wages of employees of state enterprises amounted to 774.9 manats, and private entities brought their employees' salaries to 886.9 manats.
