Auction for placement of  MCGFs bonds to be held

August 19, Fineko/abc.az. On August 25, an auction will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) to place 25 million worth of registered, non-documentary, interest-bearing unsecured bonds of the Azerbaijan Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF).

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE that the bonds will be put up for sale at a price of 1,005.055 manats.

The total volume of the issue is 100 million manats, the nominal value of one bond is 1,000 manats, the annual interest rate on the bond is 3.25%.
According to the base issue prospectus, the placement will be carried out by public offer through the Baku Stock Exchange CJSC.
