President revokes powers of State Service

September 9, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has amended the “Regulation on the State Service for the Protection, Development & Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture”, approved by decree from 6 June 2018.

ABC.AZ informs that in this regard, the president signed a new decree.

Under the decree, the powers of the State Service for participation in the preparation of state orders for the restoration, construction and repair of facilities and other fixed assets of the Ministry of Culture have been abolished.
