FINCA Azerbaijan prepares to place bonds

September 22, Fineko/abc.az. Non-bank credit organization FINCA Azerbaijan LLC is preparing to place bonds on the Baku Stock Exchange.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the securities issue prospectus. According to the document, speech is about 30,000 interest-bearing, unsecured, undocumented, nominal bonds with nominal value of 100 manats each, that is, AZN 3 million.

The securities will be in circulation for 24 months. Their annual yield is 12.5%. Interests will be paid quarterly. The process underwriter Azfinance Investment Company.

Persons wishing to purchase bonds can also apply to other BSE member investment companies.
