Banks' balance sheet capital grew by 2.5%

September 26, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank has published a report on financial indicators for Jan-Aug.

ABC.AZ reports that the total assets of operating banks for the reported term amounted to AZN 42.4 bn, total liabilities AZN 37.137 bn, balance sheet capital AZN 5.27 bn.

In August 2022, banks’ total assets increased by 2%, total liabilities by 1.9%, and balance sheet capital by 2.5%.
