Population reduced savings in dollars

September 26, Fineko/abc.az. Dollarization of deposits of individuals in August decreased by 0.2 percentage points compared to the previous month and by 5 p.p. against the 2021 same period to 39.7%.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the CBA that for 8 months of 2022 the banks raised AZN 589.4 million of net profit and received operating profit of AZN 849.9 million.

Since the beginning of the year, banks have paid income tax in the amount of AZN 135.8 million (65.8% or AZN 53.9 million more versus the same term of 2021).
