September 27, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has approved the Rules for the sale of apartments by the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection through an auction, ABC.AZ reports that the relevant decree was signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.

The Rules cover the sale of apartments located in Ramana settlement of Sabunchi district of Baku, Umid settlement of Garadag district, Khojasan settlement of Binagadi district, apartment buildings constructed in the Absheron, Lankaran and Samukh districts, as well as in apartment buildings, the construction of which is ongoing in Kurdakhani settlement of Sabunchi district of Baku by order of the State Committee for Refugees & IDPs.

If it is impossible to sell apartments online through the MLSP’s official website, their sale is carried out through an auction.

The sale of apartments through auction is organized by public legal entity Auction Organization Center under the State Service for Property Issues under the Economy Ministry.

With the purpose to sell apartments at auction, the MLSP applies to the auction organizer and enters into an agreement with it on the organization of the auction, providing information about apartments envisaged by the rule.
