Cost of oil falls, and Brent is at $87.89 a barrel

September 30, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Friday’s trading.

The price of November’s Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange by 09:23 am is $87.89 per barrel, which is $0.60 (0.68%) less than the closing price of the last session. Following the trading on 29 September, these contracts fell by $0.83 (0.93%) to $88.49 per barrel.

The price of November’s futures for WTI crude oil at electronic trading at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) by 09:23 am is $80.98 per barrel, which is $0.25 (0.31%) less than the final value of the previous session. Following the trading on 29 September, the value of these contracts fell by $0.92 (1.12%) to $81.23 per barrel.
