October 6, Fineko/abc.az. In order to increase consumer awareness in the field of compulsory auto insurance and fair behavior of insurers towards consumers, it was decided to publish a “complaints index” calculated on complaints received by the Central Bank.

ABC.AZ report that the index will be published monthly.

The complaints index below 1.00 indicates that the level of service in this portfolio is relatively good compared to other companies. A complaint index above 1.00 indicates that the level of service is lower than that of other companies.

According to the index, the level is below 1.00 is recorded on Atasigorta, Günay Sığorta, Azarsığorta, Bakı Sığorta, Azerbaijan Industrial Insurance, Ataşgah, and better on Ipak Yolu Sığorta, Xalq Sığorta, AZSIĞORTA, Qala Sığorta, Meqa Sığorta, A-Qroup Sığorta Company, Paşa Sığorta and Naxçıvansığorta.
