October 11, Fineko/abc.az. An open auction of property in the process of liquidation of Texnikabank OJSC will be held at the Baku Auction Center at 11 am on 19 October.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund that the real estate consists of non-residential premises with total area of 259.7 sq m, located on the 1st floor of 4-storey building #87 and on the ground floor of a single-storey building on a plot of 0.03181 hectares in use on Azadlig Avenue, Nasimi district of Baku. The initial sale price at the second auction is AZN 1.1 million.

A deposit of 5% of the sale price is subject to transfer to the auction organization. The purchase price must be transferred to the customer's account within 7 calendar days.

The preliminary auction of real estate on September 21 did not take place.
