International CJSC places bonds for AZN 2 million

October 11, Fineko/abc.az. The bonds of International CJSC with total value of AZN 2 million were included in the standard market segment on 9 September 2022 by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE that the placement of bonds registered on 14 October 2022 will be carried out by a competitive auction on the BSE.

The number of unsecured non-documentary registered bonds is 20,000, the nominal value of each is 100 manats, the annual interest rate is 13%, the circulation period is 18 months, the maturity of coupon interest is 90 days.
