Fine of 1,000 to 1,500 manats can be imposed for this

October 12, Fineko/abc.az. Responsibility for non-fulfillment of the requirements of an executive official in connection with the execution of court decisions and other bodies increases.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Administrative Offences Code.

According to the draft amendment, individuals will be fined from 1,000 to 1,500 manats for failure to comply with the requirements of the executive document within the prescribed period by an executive official for a valid reason or for repeated commission by a person who received an administrative penalty within one year from the date of entry into force of the decision to impose an administrative penalty in connection with legal requirements related to the execution of court decisions or, taking into account the identity of the violator, administrative arrest will be imposed for up to two months, officials will be fined from 2,500 to 4,000 manats, legal entities - from 5,000 to 7,000 manats.
