Have Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed on a peace agreement?

October 13, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan and Armenia intend to sign a peace agreement by the end of the year.

ABC.AZ reports that Armenian Security Council’s Secretary Armen Grigoryan stated this in an interview.

Grigoryan said that the Armenian FM met with Anthony Blinken in New York. After that, U.S. President's National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan arranged a meeting with Hikmet Hajiyev.
"We’ve held discussions on a range of issues, mainly between Armenia and Azerbaijan," Grigoryan said.
The diplomat stressed that the conversation was about the timing of the conclusion of a peace agreement:

"We also talked about the delimitation of borders and the signing of a peace agreement before the end of the year," Grigoryan added.
According to Grigoryan, the delimitation is planned to be completed until the end of the year.
