Cost of oil rises, and Brent is at $94.83 a barrel

October 14, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are increasing in Friday’s trading, but end the week in the red.

The price of December’s Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange grew by $0.26 (0.27%) to $94.83 per barrel by 09:45 am. Following the trading on 13 October, those contracts rose by $2.12 (2.29%) to $94.57 per barrel.

The price of November’s futures for WTI crude oil on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) by 09:45 am increased by $0.28 (0.31%) to $89.39 per barrel. Following the trading on 13 October, the value of those contracts increased by $1.84 (2.11%) to $89.11 per barrel.
