October 14, Fineko/abc.az. The State Statistics Committee has published data on the consumer price index for Jan-Sept 2022. During this period, compared with Jan-Sept 2021, there was an increase of 13.4%, including for foods, beverages and tobacco by 19.3%, for nonfoods by 7.6%, for paid services to the population by 10.2%.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that this September (compared with the previous month), an increase in prices for nonfoods was observed for clothing, shoes, paints, wallpaper, furniture, household appliances, carpets, spare parts for cars, notebooks, jewelry, and a decrease was mainly for blackboards and writing paper.

There were no significant changes in prices for other nonfoods.
