October 20, Fineko/abc.az. The Russian fuel and energy complex is highly profitable, that allows you to calmly go through a situation when discounts on coal are 50-60%, ABC.AZ reports, citing Russian First Deputy PM Andrey Belousov.

"Thanks to cheap energy resources, in particular, we were able to pass the crises that exist quite calmly. We have discounts on coal of 50-60%. That is, the deviation downwards from our contract prices, which coal miners conclude, they are forced to sell coal at half the price approximately than the market prices add up. And nothing. And it turns out that it is cost-effective and quite acceptable," Belousov said.

He added that the same applies to mineral fertilizers, there are discounts on oil, which reached $20-30 a barrel.
