Oil gets cheaper, and Brent is at $95 a barrel

October 31, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Monday’s trading after growth following the past week.

The price of December Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange dropped by $0.77 (0.80%) to $95.00 per barrel by 09:40 am. Following the trading on 28 October, those contracts fell by $1.19 (1.23%), to $95.77 per barrel.

The price of December WTI oil futures on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) by 09:40 am decreased by $0.61 (0.69%) to $87.29 per barrel. Following the trading on 28 October, the value of those contracts fell by $1.18 (1.33%) to $87.90 per barrel.

Following the past week, Brent crude oil rose by 2.43% and WTI oil by 3.35%.
