October 31, Fineko/abc.az. The largest number of mortgage contracts have been concluded in Baku, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the State Service for 28,243 mortgage agreements were concluded in Baku over Jan-Sept 2022 (55% of the total figure in the country).

5,781 contracts were concluded on Absheron Territorial Division #4 of public entity of legal law "State Cadastre & Real Estate Register of the Civil Service, 3,439 contracts on Sumgait Territorial Division #2, 2,394 contracts on Ganja Territorial Division #3 and 2,291 contracts on Khachmaz Territorial Division #5. In addition, it is noted that real estate was most often registered in Yevlakh Territorial Division #17 and the Shirvan Territorial Division #13.
