October 31, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2022, the territories in the country where the most apartments are located are Baku, Absheron and Sumgait, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy.

92.6% of all mortgaged apartments account for these three territorial districts.

And in the districts of the country, the areas with the largest number of mortgaged apartments have been laid, defined by cities and districts located in the service area of Ganja Territorial Division #3, Yevlakh Territorial Division #17, Shirvan Territorial Division #13. The districts with the least number of mortgaged apartments in which apartments are located are Shemakha district #14 (14 contracts), Gabala district #9 (14 contracts) and Shamkir district #11 (23 contracts).
