Russian company leaves Araz Valley Economic Zone

November 1, Fineko/abc.az. Resident of the Araz Valley Economic Zone Industrial Park in Jabrayil district, KAMAZ Leasing Azerbaijan LLC has been renamed for Euro Leasing Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the reason for this was the withdrawal of Russian company KAMAZ OJSC from the foundation, in other words, the subsidiary was sold to the founder with Azerbaijani capital.

In this regard, Rofel Gurbanov, who has headed the leasing company until now, was dismissed from his post and Fakhri Hasanov was appointed in his place.

KAMAZ Leasing Azerbaijan LLC was established on 4 October 2021 with authorized capital of AZN 1.699 million.
