November 10, Fineko/abc.az. The project of reconstruction of drinking water supply systems in the city of Shusha, which was liberated from occupation two years ago, is successfully continuing.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to Azersu that a collector with capacity of 25,000 cu m was built near Dashalti village, in the bed of Zarisli River. The project is currently being finalized.

The new collector will ensure steady supply of drinking water to Shusha in the summer months, when the need for water increases sharply, as well as in the winter months, when the yield at the sources of Kichik Kirs and Zarisli decreases during severe frosts.

At the next stage of reconstruction of Shusha drinking and sewage water supply systems, complete reconstruction of intra-city networks, the construction of drinking and wastewater treatment plants is envisaged.

Currently, specialists of Azersu and consulting companies go on their search and research work in this direction.
