Unibank charter to be amended

November 14, Fineko/abc.az. Unibank’s shareholders will gather for an extraordinary general meeting at 3 pm on 6 December.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the bank that the meeting will be held at the head office located at 55 Rashid Beybutov Street, Nasimi district, Baku city.

The agenda of the meeting includes amendments to the charter, structure and composition of Unibank's management bodies, as well as issues of repurchasing part of its shares.
