Azerbaijan decreases cotton yarn export

November 17, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan exported 66,113 tons of cotton fiber for $153.835 million for the past 10 months, ABC.AZ was informed at the State Customs Committee.

The SCC stressed that our country exported 7,493 tons of cotton yarn for $29.96 million for Jan-Oct 2022. And for the same term of 2021, Azerbaijan earned $45.5 million at the expense of exported 15,360 tons of cotton yarn.

Compared with 2021, the value of exported cotton yarn decreased by 34%, and its quantity by 51%.
