Banks whose balance sheet capital has decreased in current year

November 17, Fineko/abc.az. The balance sheet capital of five out of 26 banks operating in Azerbaijan, as of 1 October 2022, was less than the annual one.

ABC.AZ reports that among them are AFB Bank, Premium Bank and Bank BTB, as well as Baku branches of national banks of Pakistan and Iran.

The largest decrease was recorded on Bank BTB (11.4%) and the smallest on AFB Bank (2.3%).

In the remaining 21 banks, the balance sheet capital has increased. The highest dynamics was recorded on Ziraat Bank Azerbaycan (31.5%) and the lowest on Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaycan (1.2%).
