November 21, Fineko/abc.az. The construction of other villages of Zangilan district will begin in the middle of 2023, perhaps even earlier.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani President’s Special Representative in Zangilan district, part of the Eastern Zangezur Economic Region, Vahid Hajiyev said about this at international conference on the theme "Innovative Approach to Urban & Rural Development: Smart Cities & Villages".

He added that the design of the city of Zangilan has already been completed:

"Construction work will also start in Zangilan next year. As a whole, large projects on construction of a range of administrative buildings will be put into reality from next year."
