November 23, Fineko/abc.az. Turkey's largest mobile operator Turkcell and Turkiye-based SOCAR subsidiary SOCAR Turkey have launched a new project.

Turkcell's deputy director for cooperative sales, Jeyhun Ozata informs that the company will create a mobile communication network for SOCAR Turkey within the project developed specifically for the Aliaga Peninsula, one of the largest investment regions in Turkiye.

"SOCAR Turkey and Turkcell have launched a new project for the energy sector," Ozata said.

The peninsula, where important subsidiaries of SOCAR Turkey, such as the STAR oil refinery and Petkim are located, is also known as the first special industrial district of Turkiye.
