Unibank bonds are listed on Baku Stock Exchange

November 23, Fineko/abc.az. By BSE Listing Committee’s decision, Unibank’s bonds with total value of $12 million were included in the standard market segment on 21 November 2022.

ABC.AZ was informed at the BSE that  the number of interest-bearing, unsecured non-documentary bonds is 12,000. The nominal value of each of them is $1,000, the annual interest rate - 8%, circulation term - 6 years, and coupon interest payment period - 90 days.

The date of the auction, no later than 2 business days before the start of the placement, will be announced to investors on the BSE web page.

The placement underwriter is investment company Unicapital.
