Viator Mikro Kredit Azərbaycan bonds are listed at Baku Stock Exchange

November 23, Fineko/abc.az. The bonds of NBCO Viator Mikro Kredit Azərbaycan for AZN 350,000 were included in the listing in the standard market segment in compliance with the BSE Listing Committee’s decision from 21 November 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that 350 interest–bearing, unsecured non-documentary bonds have nominal value of 1,000 manats per bond, annual interest rate of 14%, circulation term of 540 days, and maturity of coupon interest of 90 days.

The date of the auction, no later than 2 business days before the start of the placement, will be announced to investors on the BSE web page.

The placement underwriter is Az-Finance Investment Company CJSC.
