Real estate sales in Turkiye have declined

November 23, Fineko/abc.az. In October 2022, Russian citizens purchased 2,023 real estate objects in Turkiye, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Turkish State Authority for Land Cadastre & Real Estate Purchase & Sale.

The indicator is by 1,480 objects more than in October 2021. So, from January to October 2022, Russian citizens purchased 11,334 real estate facilities in Turkiye (5,955 objects less versus October 2021).

In October 2022, 102,660 real estate objects were sold in Turkiye (25.3% less against October 2021).

In October, 5,377 real estate objects were sold to foreigners in Turkiye (8.8% less compared with October 2021).
