Auction for AccessBank bonds to be organized

November 24, Fineko/abc.az. By the BSE Listing Committee’s decision, AccessBank’s bonds with total value of $5 million (agricultural development bonds) were included in the listing in the standard market segment on 21 November.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the Baku Stock Exchange, the number of interest-bearing, unsecured, undocumented bonds is 5,000, the nominal value of each of them - $1,000, the annual interest rate - 5.5%, the circulation period - 18 months, and coupon interest payment period - 3 months.

The auction will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange on 29 November 2022.

The main underwriter for the placement is investment company ABB-Invest, and the sub–underwriter is investment company Unicapital.
