Type of insurance with sharply reduced payments

November 30, Fineko/abc.az. Central Bank's report for Jan-Oct 2022 says about an increase on life insurance and decrease on non-life insurance.

ABC.AZ informs that compensation on life insurance decreased by 6.5% to AZN 202.47 million and payments on non-life insurance decreased by 15.1% to AZN 156.825 million.

Thus, over Jan-Oct 2022, 49.4 manats were returned for every 100 manats of premiums collected on the life insurance market, and 40.4 manats were returned for every 100 manats of premiums collected on non-life insurance.

Over Jan-Oct 2021, these figures amounted to 68.9 manats and 47.2 manats, respectively.
