November 30, Fineko/abc.az. The expenditures within the State Program of Youth Education in Prestigious Higher Educational Institutions of Foreign Countries for 2022-26, financed from this year, increased by about 2.1 times compared with next year.

It is linked with creation of conditions for more and more young people to take advantage of the opportunities of the State Program next year.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in Accounts Chamber’s conclusion on the Draft Budget for 2023 of the State Oil Fund.

AZN 36.7 million will be allocated in 2023 within the Program expenditures that is by AZN 18.8 million or 105.0% more versus the forecast for 2022 and by AZN 19.1 million or 108.5% more versus the expected performance indicator.

The average annual expenses for each student are projected at AZN 51,000.
