SOCAR Economic Operations Dept becomes largest state nonoil exporter

November 30, Fineko/abc.az. The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communications has published the November issue of the Export Review.

ABC.AZ reports that the SOCAR Marketing & Economic Operations Department became Azerbaijan’s largest nonoil exporter (export for $501.3 million) among state-governed companies for Jan-Oct 2022.

The list of the largest state-run nonoil exporters also includes: SOCAR Polymer ($163.8 million), Azeraluminum LLC ($116.4 million), AzerGold CJSC ($83.7 million), Azerenergy ($64.1 million), Azerpambig Agro-Industrial Complex LLC ($50.5 million), Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC ($7 million), Azeripek LLC ($1.3 million), Geology & Geophysics Department ($800,000), the State Energy Service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic ($800,000).
