23 investors showed interest in Unibank bonds

November 30, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan’s Unibank has placed today the bonds for $12 million.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE that 23 investors submitted 26 applications during the auction. The nominal volume of applications submitted by them amounted to $12 million. As a result of the auction, the entire volume of bonds put up for auction was placed - $12 million. The maturity of the bonds is 6 years, the coupon rate is 8% per annum (coupon payment will be made once a quarter).

Investment company Unicapital acted as the placement underwriter.
