December 5, Fineko/abc.az. A customs point will be equipped at the conditional Azerbaijani-Armenian border. 

ABC.AZ reports that a video about this was shown on the ITV channel. This statement was made by the commander of the peacekeeping forces in Karabakh, Andrei Volkov. According to Volkov, the Azerbaijani side will establish a mini-customs post. 

"We have an idea to bring modern equipment to our posts at the entrance. We still did not have the technical means to check," Volkov stated. 
A customs point on the territory of Azerbaijan can only be equipped by the Customs Committee of Azerbaijan.  Accordingly, the customs point indicated by Volkov will be subordinate to the relevant state bodies of Azerbaijan.
