June 11, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Ecology & Natural Resources of Azerbaijan is taking measures aimed at protecting the environment.

The Ministry reports that they received a complaint on the occasion of the accumulation of garbage on the territory of settlement Jeyranbatan in Absheron district.

"During the investigation it was revealed that the waste was thrown on the territory by employee of Samur-Absheron Channel Operational Department A. Asgarov, inspector of the Jeyranbatan Water Supply Department Tural Rzayev and landowner Khudagulu Mammadov, who were fined for AZN 2,100,” the Ministry said.

Mandatory requirements on cleaning of waste from the territory were set to the Samur-Absheron and Jeyranbatan departments.
