Premiums on compulsory social insurance to be subsidized in occupation-liberated lands

December 09, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan will subsidize premiums on compulsory state social insurance in the territories liberated from occupation.

ABC.AZ reports that this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law on Social Insurance, which was considered in the 3rd reading at today's Milli Majlis meeting.

According to the draft amendment, the following part of premiums on compulsory state social insurance will be subsidized at the expense of the State Budget: premiums paid by insurers (insured) who do not operate in the private oil & gas industries (with the exception of contractors in the field of financial & motor transport, as well as supplying goods (works and services)) at the expense of the State Budget (with the exception of resident contractors), operating in the occupation-liberated territories.
