Armen Grigoryan: Yerevan has reached agreement with Baku on only one point

December 9, Fineko/abc.az. "Only one point of the peace treaty was reached between official Yerevan and Baku – an agreement on the establishment of diplomatic relations in accordance with the Vienna Convention"

ABC.AZ reports that Armenian Security Council’s secretary Armen Grigoryan stated about this during his speech in parliament.

He added that the text of the peace treaty has been edited three times, and the Armenian side is currently working on it.
He said that there is no clear agreement on all the other points of the peace treaty: "Speech is about the delimitation and demarcation of the border, the opening of communications and humanitarian issues."
